What You Need

  1. Formstack Forms account
  2. Act-On account
  3. Zapier account

How It Works

  1. Create a Formstack form that will capture the data you want to send to your Act-On account.
  2. Log in to Zapier, select “Make a Zap,” and create and authorize your connection between Formstack and Act-On.
  3. Once your connection is complete, test a form submission to confirm the data flows into your Act-On account. At this time, you can toggle the Zapier integration On/Off as needed. When in  “On” mode, form submissions will create or update records in Act-On automatically.
